Friends and members are encouraged to mark their calendars and join us for an extraordinary concert happening at First Parish the evening of July 30th!

We are proud to announce that the event will feature two brilliant artists. The first is Jihee Moon, a celebrated pianist known for her talent and versatility, currently honing her craft at the Eastman School of Music. Jihee’s exceptional skills have led her to claim the 1st prize in various prestigious competitions. Her performances, whether as a soloist or in chamber groups, have enthralled audiences in numerous distinguished venues, leaving a significant mark in the realm of classical piano and she will perform modern pieces as well.

Our second performer, Jeongweon (John) Lee, is not only an accomplished organist and pianist but also an inspired composer. John’s music is a beautiful blend of his multicultural experiences and a wide repertoire of styles, ranging from classical and jazz to Latin and gospel. As a faithful church musician, he has been serving the Boston community with his enchanting melodies for over seven years. John’s musical mastery has been further refined by his studies at Berklee College of Music and Boston University.

“Bach to the Future” symbolizes our shared appreciation for the old and the new, the timeless classics, and the contemporary genres that shape our musical landscape today. We welcome you to join us for this exciting event. While the admission is free, we warmly welcome any donations that you may want to make.
